End of Interim Maintenance/Start of Delayed Intensification

The boys have finished their interim maintenance phase and are on day 15 of the delayed intensification phase.  This phase is a combination of induction and consolidation.  The started taking steroids again and I forgot how rough that was on their little bodies.  We have been dealing with steroid rage times two.  Its been a little challenging but we are getting through it.  After this phase the boys will enter the maintenance phase were they will take a chemo pill daily and go in for treatment once a month for three years.

During their interim maintenance phase we took it pretty easy and enjoyed being able to go places without having to worry about their counts.  I was also able to do another deep cleaning for our house in preparation of the phase we are in now.

I have so much I want to share but every time I sit down at the computer words fail me.

At the fair.

She liked all of the rides, especially the ones that spun.

It's not a fair without some cotton candy.

Taking a walk.

Zane put jelly beans in his soil in order to grow healthy jelly beans.

Summertime fun.

Hello

She finally went down the slide.

A summertime treat.

Zane discovered the selfie.

Checking out the display in radiology

Zac had to have a X-ray of his side.  Something was bothering him and they just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything to serious.  It only bothered him the day of his doctors visit and the X-ray didn't show anything.

She has taken over my bible.

Do you have the time?
