What is one more home improvement project when you already have so many? Here are the projects that are currently underway:

• Installing, hand scrapping, and staining hardwood floors.
• Retiling the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room.
• Granite countertops for the kitchen.
• Retiling both showers.
• New kitchen backsplash.
• Repainting.
• New baseboards.
• And now tiling the patio can be added to the list.

James and Erin were very kind and lent their truck and time to the cause of picking out the tile and then hauling it back to the house. As we were unloading the tile James climbed into the box to get the last few pieces and I could not resist taking a picture.
