For my birthday Erin bought my all time favorite pie. The french silk pie from Village Inn. As far as I know we do not have a Village Inn in the metroplex. She brought it with her from Fort Smith, AR. As you can see we ate half of it earlier today. YUMMY!!Thank you Erin for making my birthday week (month) so much sweeter!
FYI - my birthday was on the 11th but since we were doing the fast Bob decided to give me a "new" birthday this year so we could enjoy a nice dinner. Work is also following his example and we will be celebrating on the 18th.
