We just kicked off One Prayer at Fellowship Church along with hundreds of other churches throughout the world. This week we are doing a fast and we have specific things to pray about. This week's message was to engage eternity. Praying God will get me (and all of us believers) out of our comfort zones and talk to people about where they are going to spend eternity.
Just started the fast at 6:30 pm tonight. The first 24 hours are liquid only (water and all natural juices) and then the rest of the week is the Daniel fast. No caffeine (the big one for me), no meat, no dairy, no processed foods. We can eat fruit, vegetables, and foods in their natural state.
I am looking forward to this time of fasting and prayer with my church and all of the other churches involved in this.
